They are always asking for (and giving) feedback, and considerate of places you would like to return to. I have never felt shunted aside or like a pawn with them - as some of the other agencies can make you feel.
There will always be a few tough ones, but there really aren't any issues with the ones I have gone to through RB. They have also been most consistent with having schools I have completely enjoy going to. They are indeed the best agency I have worked with! Red Box not only have great people in their office (Sue, Katie, Emma), but they offer the best rate of pay immediately. I quite enjoy being a free agent with choices (as you can probably tell by the number of agencies I have experience with) and yet am about to sign on a guaranteed plan with RedBox. I have had experience with 4 agencies and am currently with 3, so feel quite qualified to evaluate experiences with any of them. I honestly do not give any agency such a rating like this lightly.
